My father had pre arranged services for himself and our mother. It was one of the wisest decisions he ever made. Mike and his entire staff make you feel welcome, they are very accommodating, and helpful before, during, and after the services were complete. Because of the Pawlak funeral home, both of my parents went out in first class style, and the dignity we wanted them each to have. ***** Five star rating for sure.

My father, Richard L Booth Sr suddenly passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022. Mike, Joe, Tom and Tim were instrumental in assisting us in the funeral process and preparing dad to be viewed. Their kindness and compassion was greatly appreciated and made a difficult situation manageable. Mike, Debbie and staff treated our family with so much respect during the time of our dad's passing. The craftmanship in this field was beyond perfect. So many guests complimented our family about the care, the decor and inviting and peaceful atmosphere that they felt while paying respects to our dad. I am beyond thankful they represent our area because there isn't anyone that could compete with the quality of care they provide from start to finish. I can't even express how much appreciation I have for t because we entrusted my dad's care with them and they proved themselves over and over again. Let me start out with how great Mike and Joe were. They answered all of my questions, they even brought up things that hadn't occurred to me. As the evening progressed, Joe would discretely guide me along with a suggestion that would make things better. The facilities were completely open to us. They were very accommodating to things that I wanted to set up for representing Phil's life. Such as sports memorabilia and poker table as well. Anytime I had a question I was able to talk with Joe, Mike, or Justin and if they weren't available they would get back to me in a timely fashion. Joe gave a lot of pointers to help me along the way, I am thankful to the US armed forces for their spectacular honoring of Phillip as well, which the funeral home helped put into place. I know in my heart that Phil would have been pleased with the way things had turned out. Being one of the people who spoke during the ceremony was not as stressful, because Joe helped guide me through the process. He also gave me the great advice of ringing the Cleveland Brown's bell after I had finished speaking. I feel bad not remembering all of the names of the workers from Pawlak, however, for the ones that I did work with were always professional, empathetic, and courteous throughout the entire process. Thank you again for all that you did for my friend Phil and for me as well.
