Geraldine “Jerry” E. Webster, age 88 years of Luna Pier, MI, died Friday, December 17, 2010 in Hickory Ridge of Temperance. Born September 27, 1922 in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Everett and Bessie (McCurdy) Stevens. She married Rex Webster on May 31, 1941 in Toledo, OH. He preceded her in death on January 17, 1986. Jerry was a member of Whiteford Wesleyan Church in Ottawa Lake, MI.
Surviving are her loving daughters, Barbara (Danial) Maraugha of Temperance, MI, Vickie Dressel of Clayton, MI and Darlene (William) Bensch of Temperance, MI. Daughter-in-law, Stephanie Webster of Paris, MI and Sister, Jewel Merrick of Toledo, OH. 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, William Webster.
Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Monday at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am in Whiteford Wesleyan Church, where she will lie in state after 10:00 am. Reverend Richard Deisler, officiating.
