Robert “Bob” Watson, age 78 years of
Temperance, MI, died Wednesday, January
05, 2005 in
the Comfort Care Hospice at Lake Park.
Born June 24, 1926 in Detroit, Michigan,
he was the son of Warren and Florence
(Ewers) Watson. A US Army veteran of
WWII,
he married Mary File on Dec. 8, 1956
in Petersburg, MI. Bob was employed
for the
Spicer Division of the Dana Corporation
for 30 years, retiring May 1, 1982.
He
was a member of the Erie Presbyterian
Church, Past Master of Blanchard Lodge,
#102, F&AM,
Past Worthy Patron of the Order of Eastern
Star, #208, both in Petersburg, MI,
Past High Priest of Mt. Vernon Chapter,
#37,
Royal Arch Masons, Samaria, MI and Past
Commander of Adrian Commandery, # 4 in
Tecumseh, MI.
Surviving
are his loving wife, Mary and sister,
Martha
LaVoy of Deerfield, MI. He was preceded
in death by a brother, Gerald Watson.

be held Saturday
at 11:00 a.m. in the Erie Presbyterian
Church in Erie, MI. Interment will
follow in
Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg,

Church or Visiting Nurse Hospice.
