Hazel
I. Wadsworth, age 96 years of Toledo, OH,
died Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at the Elizabeth
Scott Community, Maumee, OH. Born Sept.
8, 1911 in Sand Creek, MI, she was the daughter
of Edward and Freda (Stager) Scharer. The
widow of Neil Wadsworth, she was an assembler
for 30 years for Champion Spark Plug, retiring
in 1969. Hazel was an active member of Epworth
United Methodist Church in Toledo for the
past 30 years.
She
is survived by her loving children, Scharis
(Don) Nyburg of Temperance, MI, Beverly
Iott of Traverse City, MI and Robert (Jean)
Brown of Waterville, OH, 13 grandchildren,
32 great grandchildren and 1 great great
granddaughter.

at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640
Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where
funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm.
Bob Thomas, pastor of Epworth United Methodist
Church, officiating. Interment will follow
at Roselawn Menorial Park, LaSalle, MI.
