Claren
E. Vann, 62 years of Petersburg, MI, died
Friday, September 24, 2004 in her home
after a lengthy illness. Born May 16,
1942 in
Carpenter, OH, she was the daughter
of Clara
“Irene” (Foley) and Harry Yonker.
She married James “Jerry” Vann,
Sr. on Dec. 11, 1965 in Fairview, KY.
An
avid bowler, Claren was employed as
a cashier for Deme Acres Golf Course in
Petersburg,
MI.
She
is survived by her loving husband, James
“Jerry”. Children, Donna Jean
Vann of Dundee, MI, James “J.J.”
(Lisa) Vann, Jr. of Helena, OH, Thomas J.
Vann of Petersburg, MI and Timothy J. (Victoria)
Vann of Ida, MI. Parents, Harry and Clara
“Irene” Yonker of Toledo, OH.
Sister, Sharon (David) Green of Toledo,
OH and 6 grandchildren.
Friends
may call from 2-9 p.m. Monday in the Michael
W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Road
(at Jackman), where funeral services will
be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Von Loop,
officiating. Interment will follow in Lake
Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made
to Mercy Memorial Hospice, Monroe, Michigan. |
