“Jim” O. Stacy, age 64 years of Temperance,
MI, died Wednesday, December 06, 2006 in
The Toledo Hospital. Born Aug. 2, 1942 in
Temperance, MI, he was the son of Ross &
Mary (Anastasoff) Stacy. Jim married Carolyn
Young on July 14, 1967 at St. Paul 's Lutheran
Church in Temperance, MI, where he was also
a member. He was employed by Daimler Chrysler
for 38 years, retiring 2001. He was also
a member of the U.A.W., Local 12, Toledo.
He enjoyed NASCAR, going to the casino's,
oldie's music, his dog's and his grandchildren.
Surviving
are his loving wife, Carol. Children, Kathy
Stacy of Toledo, OH., Jimmy, Ross &
Connie Stacy, all of Temperance, MI. Brothers,
Russ ( Sharon ) Stacy, Jerry (Ellen) Stacy,
both of Temperance, MI, and Larry Stacy
of Lambertville, MI and 5 grandchildren.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents,
sister, Carol Payne and 2 brothers, Mike
and Lyle Stacy.
Visitation
will be held Friday from 2-9 pm and Saturday
from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Michael
W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Road
(at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral
services will follow Saturday at 2:00 pm.
Rev. Rodney Haselhuhn, officiating. Memorials
may be made to the Monroe County Humane
Society.
