James
“Ron” Sandlin, age 71 years of Lambertville,
MI, died Sunday, July 27, 2008 in his home.
Born Nov. 2, 1936 in Breman , Alabama, he
was the son of Wilmer and Bernice (Coppock)
Sandlin. He married Jacqueline Davis Sept.
6, 1958 in Alexis Congregational Church
in Toledo, where he was a member. Ron was
employed by AP Parts for 42 1/2 years, retiring
as a general foreman in 1996.
He
is survived b his loving wife, Jacqueline.
Children, James R. (Julie Kimberly) Sandlin,
Robert (Don Hamilton) Sandlin, Renee (John
Wolf) Sandlin and Rhonda (Mark) Brammer.
Grandchildren, Amanda, Justin and Chad.
Great grandsons, Kaden & Bryson and
sister, Linda (Chuck) McGranahan.
In keeping with Ron's request, a memorial
service will be held Thursday at 11:00 am
in Alexis Congregational Church, 6202 Detroit
Avenue, Toledo, OH 43612. Rev. Marion Fitkin,
officiating. Memorials may be made to the
Monroe County Humane Society or Hospice
of Northwest Ohio.
