Marjorie
Reese, age 96 years a Temperance resident
for the past 18 years and formerly of Effingham,
IL, died Thursday, March 29, 2007 in her
home. Born March 28, 1911 in Effingham,
IL, she was the daughter of Frederick and
Bertha (McKinnon) Cohea. She married Frederick.
Reese on Sept. 5, 1931 in Crown Pointe,
IN. He preceded her in death on May 19,
1987. She was a book keeper for Sedik Motors
in Chicago, Heights, IL for several years.
Surviving
are her son, Robert (Joan) Reese, Sr. of
Temperance, MI (where she made her home)
3 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren
and 7 great great grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Olsen
and brother, Harold Cohea.
Visitation
will be held Tuesday from 12:00 Noon till
1:00 pm at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral
Home, Temperance, MI, where funeral services
will follow at 1:00 pm. Interment will be
in Oakridge Cemetery, Effingham, IL. Memorials
may be made to Mercy Memorial Hospice.
