George
S. Razook, age 86 years of Temperance, MI
and formerly of Toledo, OH, died Friday
in his home. Born Dec. 9, 1920 in Boston
, MA , he was the son of Samuel and Annie
(Farah) Razook. A US Army veteran, he married
Linnice Spaulding on Feb. 14, 1997 in Toledo,
OH. He was employed as a job setter for
GM Powertrain for 28 years, retiring in
1997. George was an avid euchre player and
enjoyed bowling.
Surviving
are his loving wife, Linnice. Children,
Denise (Stephen) Drier of Genoa, OH, George
D. (Debra) Razook and David Razook, both
of Toledo, OH. Step children, Steven (Jamie)
Spaulding of Adrian, MI, Mark (Gail) Spaulding
of Petersburg, MI, Sherryl (Brian) Ost of
Dundee, MI and Michelle (Josh) Maier of
Dundee, MI. Brother, John Razook of West
Palm Beach, FL. Sisters, Mary David of Deltona,
FL and Evelyn Reich of Winter Park, FL and
several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
George was preceded in death by a son, Michael
Razook, Daughter, Andriea Fletcher and 2
brothers, Fred and Ed Razook.
Visitation will be held Monday from 3-8
pm at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home,
1640 Smith Road (at Jackman) Temperance,
MI, where services will be held Tuesday
at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Whiteford
Union Cemetery, Whiteford Twp., MI. Memorials
may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
