Pat T. Nidek,
age 74 years of Toledo,
OH, died Friday, August 17, 2007 in Hospice
of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg , OH . Born
Oct. 3, 1932 in Toledo, OH, she was the
daughter of Stanley and Helen ( Rosinski
) Szachta. She married Ernest Nidek on June
10, 1950. He preceded her in death on June
10, 1995. Pat was employed as a dietary
supervisor for Crestview Club Apartments
and Unit Clerk for Lake Park for 23 years
retiring 1998 Pat was a member of St. Clement
Catholic Church in Toledo , where she was
active in the Rosary Society and Salesian
Club.
Surviving
are her loving children, Lawrence (Bonnie)
Nidek of Toledo, OH, Chris Nidek of Asheville,
NC, and Julie (Tony) Parames of Toledo,
OH. Sister, Estelle ( Stanley ) Sikorski
of Springfield, OH. Grandchildren, Tony,
Matthew, Rachel, Steve, Joseph, and Christoffer.
She was also preceded in death by her parents,
and brother, Richard Szachta.
Visitation
will be Monday from 2-9 pm at the Michael
W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at
Jackman) Temperance, MI, where the Salesian
Club will pray the rosary Monday at 4:00
pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday
at 9:15 am in the funeral home with Mass
of Christian Burial following at 10:00 am
at St. Clement Catholic Church in Toledo
. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mt.
Carmel Resurrection Cemetery, Temperance,
MI. Memorials may be made to Hospice of
Northwest Ohio.
