Mary J, Myers, age 93 years of Temperance, MI, and formerly of Lima, OH, died Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Lake Park, Sylvania, OH.  Born June 14, 1915 in Lima, OH, she was the daughter of J. Clifford and Mae (Gallagher) Thomas.  A 1933 graduate of St. Johns High School, she married Wesley R. Myers on Feb. 28, 1939 in Angola, IN.  He preceded her in death in 1986.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.  Mary was a member of the Hawthorne Club, Hammond Organ Society and played the organ at the Lima Convalescent Home for 17 years.

Surviving are her loving children, Sue Ellen (Earl) Barton of Temperance, MI and Kevin T. Myers of Shelby Twp., MI.  7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  Memorial services will be held Saturday at11:00 am at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI.
