William “Bill” G. Miller, age 61 of Temperance, MI, died Monday, August 17, 2009 in his home.  Born November 18, 1947 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Willard and Neva Miller.  A Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a 1964 graduate of DeVilbiss High School.  He was employed for over 15 years by the DeVilbiss Corporation and Reiter Automotive, retiring in August of 2008.  Bill enjoyed reading, officiating basketball games and spending time with his grandchildren.  He was best known for always helping family and friends when needed and was also a Michigan and Cleveland Browns Fan.

Surviving are his loving sons, Jason (Carin) Miller and Brian Miller.  Former wife and friend, Deb Miller. Mother, Neva Miller.  Grandchildren, Brayden and Chase Miller.  Brothers, Bud (Eurlene) Miller, Will (Jean) Miller, Roy (Edna) Miller, and Jay Miller.  Sisters, Midge and Charlene Prevor. He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 2-9 pm Wednesday at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.  Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
