Frances R. Mascho, 76 years of Toledo, and formerly of Ellsworth and Taylor, MI died Sunday, August 21, 2005 in Shady Gardens Elderly Care Center in Temperance. Born July 6, 1929 in Ellsworth, MI, she was the daughter of William and Maude (Best) Patterson. A 1946 graduate of Ellsworth High School , she married Frank H. Mascho on June 14, 1947 in Ellsworth, MI. Frances was employed by the former Lions Store for 10 years, retiring in 1998. Prior she was employed by the former Sylvania Savings Bank. Frances was also a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Temperance.

Surviving are her loving husband, Frank. Children, Steven (Judith) Mascho of Sidney, OH and Corrine (Dennis) Martin of Tipp City, OH. Sisters, Mary Jean Stout of Royal Oak, MI and Virginia (Harold) Edson of Mancelona, MI, and 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.

Friends may call from 1 – 5 p.m. Tuesday in the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. , (at Jackman) Temperance, where funeral services will follow at 5:00 p.m. Interment Ellsworth Cemetery, Ellsworth, MI. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice.
