Patrick F. Maciolek, 56 years of Toledo, died Tuesday, November 15, 2005 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg Twp., OH. Born Feb. 17, 1949 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Albert and Mary (Deitz) Maciolek. He had been employed by RS Electronics. Pat was also an amateur radio operator (WA8ZIB). He his survived by his sister, Carole (Nick) Wawrzyniak and brother, Michael (Mary) Maciolek. Girl friend, Evelyn Elder and special friends, Mark Maclenar and Jim Szych. A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 am Monday, November 21, 2005 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maumee, OH. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Arrangements by the Michael W.
