Thomas “Tom” G. Lewandowski, age 61 of Harbor View, OH and formerly of Toledo, OH, died Friday, November 19, 2010 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg Twp., OH. Born August 5, 1949 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Gabriel F. and Irene B. (Staskiewicz) Lewandowski. Tom was a waste water operator for the city of Toledo for the last 8 years. An amateur radio operator, he was a member of Harborview Yacht and enjoyed boating and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife, Alice. Sons, Thomas (Jeny), Eric and Andrew Lewandowski. Grandchildren, Tyler and Dylan. Sister, Barbara Lavalle.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Bayshore Supper Club, 5307 Bayshore Rd., Oregon, OH 43618 at 2:00 pm. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. |
