Jeffrey
A. Kotlarczyk, age 46 years of Temperance,
MI, died Monday, August 14, 2006 in St.
Anne Mercy Hospital,Toledo, OH after a long
illness. Born June 29, 1960 in Toledo, OH,
he was the son of Theodore and Carol (Evans)
Kotlarczyk. He was a 1978 graduate of Whitmer
High School and received his bachelor's
degree in business management.
He is survived by his loving wife and companion
of 29 years, Lydia. Children, Jacqueline,
Victoria (Donald), Nicholas and Brandon,
all of Temperance, MI. Grandchildren, Owen
and Madelyn. Father, Theodore ( Nancy )
Kotlarczyk of Toledo, OH. Mother, Carol
Kotlarczyk of Sylvania, OH. Brother, James
(Michelle) Kotlarczyk of Holland, OH and
several other family members. He was preceded
in death by a sister, Michelle Kotlarczyk.
Visitation
will be from 2-7 pm Wednesday in the Michael
W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at
Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services
will follow at 7:00 pm.
