Edward
J. Kasprzak, age 81 years of Temperance,
MI, died Monday, Aug. 23, 2004 in Flower
Hospital. Born May 26, 1923 in Toledo, Ohio,
he was the son of Michael and Martha (Olszonowicz)
Kasprzak. A WWII Army veteran, he married
Donna Keiser on Dec. 28, 1948 in Toledo.
He was employed in salvage repair for Chrysler
Daimler for over 40 years, retiring in 1988.
Edward was a member of the U.A.W., Local
12 in Toledo and also enjoyed working on
cars.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55
years, Donna. Son, Kevin J. Kasprzak of
Toledo. Brothers, Steve (Lillian) Kasprzak
and Jerry (Harriett) Kasper, both of Toledo.
Sisters, Mary (Larry) Morgan and Patti (Joe)
Culbertson of Colorado Springs, CO. Edward
was preceded in death by his parents and
1 sister, Marcie Wentz.
Friends
may call from 2-9 p.m. Thursday in the Michael
W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Road
(at Jackman), where funeral services will
be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Stephen
Sparks, pastor of First Baptist Church in
Temperance, officiating. Interment will
follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorials
may be made to the donors choice. |
