| Timothy “Tim” Hall, age 57 years of Toledo, OH, died Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo Center after a long courageous battle from cancer. Born May 25, 1951 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Robert and Susan (Smith) Hall. A 1969 graduate from Springfield High School, he married Sharyl Pickard on May 26, 1989. Tim was a truck driver for the past 17 years for Pro-Pak Industries in Maumee, OH. He also participated in Phase 1 Cancer Trials at Karmanos Cancer Center in Detroit, MI. Tim enjoyed drag racing and entertaining others with his guitar and silly songs.
Surviving are his loving wife, Sharyl. Brother, Ron Hall of Toledo, OH and sister, Cindy Hall of Holland, OH. Mother in law, Virginia Pickard of Toledo, OH. Brother in laws, Michael (Jean) Pickard of Toledo, OH, Robert Pickard of Lambertville, MI, Darrell (Robin) Pickard of Toledo, OH, Scott (Lisa) Pickard of Temperance, MI and many nieces and nephews. Tim will be greatly missed by all, especially for his sense of humor and courage.
Visitation will be from 3-9 pm Friday at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 pm. Entombment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
