Rose M. Escott, 66 of Saline, MI, died Monday, January 30, 2012 in her home. Born Sept. 20, 1945 in Everett, MI, she was the daughter of Donald and Betty (VanMeter) Burwell. Rose married Warren Escott on April 19, 1997. She enjoyed quilting and sewing.
Rose is survived by her husband, Warren. Children, David (Caroline) Wagle, Laura (Toney) Elkins and Terry (Kim) McMillin. Sister, Dorothy Monhollen. Brothers, Robert Thrush and Donald (Lisa) Burwell. 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Biological Father, Hershel Box and brother-in-law, Ronald Monhollen.
Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Thursday at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Mercy Hospice or First United Methodist Church of Saline. |
