Robert M. “Robbie” Dunnigan, Jr., age 28 years of Toledo, OH and formerly of Temperance, MI, died Saturday, March 22, 2008 at The Toledo Hospital. Born February 10, 1980 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Robert and Sue (Krieger) Dunnigan, Sr. A 1999 graduate of Bedford High School, where he wrestled on the 1999 state championship team and was also a starter for the GLL championship football team. Robbie had been an apprentice boiler maker for the Local 85 in Toledo , Oh for the past 2 years. He had a passion for hunting fishing and the outdoors. He was a member of the North American Hunting Club, was an avid Detroit Tiger fan and enjoyed playing softball and bowling.

Surviving are his loving parents. Son and pride and joy, Michael Robert Dunnigan. Sisters, Trisha (Andy) Shammo of Millbury, OH and Tara Dunnigan of Temperance, MI. Grandparents, Ralph and Clara Dunnigan of Temperance, MI and Merlyn and Betty Krieger of Ottawa Lake, MI. Fiancé, Channing Taub of Toledo, OH and Niece, Sydney Shammo.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-9 pm at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Whiteford Union Cemetery. Memorials may be made for his son, Michael R. Dunnigan.
