Clarence E. Dunnett, age 81 years of Temperance, MI, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. Born Oct. 5, 1926 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of James and Anna (Auer) Dunnett. A WWII Navy veteran, he married Carolyn Newman on Sept. 10, 1951 in Monroe, MI. Clarence was the owner/operator of Multi Tool Service, Inc. in Temperance, MI for the past 20 years. Prior, he worked for Teledyne CAE, Ford Motor Company, City Machine Tool, Abbey-Etna, Whirlpool Corporation and Valenite Corporation. He also attended Emmanuel Baptist Church in Toledo, OH.

Surviving are his loving wife, Carolyn. Children, Mark (Ann) Dunnett of Toledo, OH, Sandy (Steve) Parsons of Mt. Ephraim, NJ, Craig (Cindy) Dunnett of Toledo, OH, Christine (Christian) Eshleman of Bally, PA and Jeffrey (Mary) Dunnett of Lambertville, MI and 16 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday from 2-8 pm at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Toledo, OH, where he will lie in state after 10:00 am. Rev. Bruce Snyder, officiating. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Emmanuel Baptist Church .
