Michael “Mike” F. Crane, age 73 of Toledo, OH, died Wednesday, July 08, 2009 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, OH.  Born Feb. 20, 1936 in Galway, Ireland, he was the son of Tommy and Molly (Flannery) Creane. Mike came to the United States in 1959 and married Kathryn M. McGrath on Dec. 5, 1979 in Monroe, MI.  He was a plumber and maintenance man for EJS Enterprises and Spieker Homes, retiring in 1990. He was also a member of the Santa Claus Club in Toledo.  Mike’s enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and watching their sporting events. He also enjoyed the outdoors from his porch swing and eating a good cheeseburger and diet coke.

Surviving are his loving wife, Kathryn.  Children, Colleen (John Kasmierski) Nyler, Amy (Lane) Kellar and Jack Klinger. 5 grandchildren, Haley and Kylie Nyler, Lane and Shelby Kellar and Maddie Klinger.  Former wife, Juanita (Trabbic) Ebright.

Visitation will be from 2-7 pm Friday at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm.  Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio
