Michael
Wayne Bunch (Buzz), age 53, died Thursday
October 20, 2005. He passed away doing
one of the things he loved best, riding
his motorcycle on a beautiful fall day.
He was born July 8 th 1952, in Portsmouth
Virginia to Oscar and Ruby Bunch.
He
is survived by his parents Oscar and Ruby
Bunch of Temperance Michigan; loving wife
of 24 years, Karen Bunch; two children,
Michael Bunch and Rebecca Bunch, both
of Erie. Granddaughters Brie-ann and Jordyn,
Brothers Wesley Bunch and Brian Bunch
and Sister Donna Sanow, all of Lambertville
Michigan.
Michael
was nicknamed Buzz by his grandmother
when he was a baby due to his “buzzing
around”. If ever a nickname fit a person,
it was Buzz; he had a wonderful zest for
life and knew how to live it to the fullest!
He grew up in Monroe Michigan and was
a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving
in the US Army. Buzz and Karen moved to
Lambertville shortly after their marriage.
He married Karen Headrick on Nov. 9, 1989.
Buzz
was a loving husband, father and just
recently a double grandfather. He loved
spending time with his family and riding
motorcycles with Karen. Buzz was one of
those people that could do anything –
he was a handyman's handyman. He had the
persistence and patience to tackle any
job and worked with perfectionism until
it was done. Buzz is also survived by
many friends – he had a unique ability
to make friends everywhere he went. He
was always ready with a funny quip and
loved to just drop by with a coffee and
spend a few minutes together..
Buzz
was always ready to help wherever he could
and if you happened to mention something
you needed, within a few days he would
just pop in and delight in telling what
a great deal he had made in finding whatever
you were looking for. He was one of those
rare people that could talk with anyone
and had compassion for everyone. He will
be missed by his family and friends. Heaven
is a better place today for receiving
him.
