Beverly “Bev” B. Becker, 78 years of Temperance, MI and formerly of Monroe, MI, died Sunday, Oct. 2, 2005 in the Lake George tour boat accident in NY. Born August 14, 1927 in Toledo, Ohio, she was the daughter of Roy and Evelyn (Avery) Gaeth. She married Earl Becker in April of 1981 in Taylor, MI. He preceded her in death on Oct. 13, 2000. Bev was employed by the former G.T.E. in Sylvania, OH for 15 years, retiring in 1981. She was a member of the Bedford Senior Center, Eagles 197 and the Moose Lodge. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Carol Jean White.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl (Hal) Gillespie of Radford, VA, Olin White, Jr. of Ottawa Lake, MI and Jayne (Jon) Berger of Temperance, MI. Sister, Gloria (Nick) Romano of Oregon, OH. 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered as a loving mother, fun grandmother and proud great grandmother. She will be missed.

Services will be private. A gathering will be held Saturday, Oct. 8, 2005 at 12:00 Noon at Moongate Community Center, 931 Soda Park Drive, (between Sterns and Dean, Temperance, MI.
