Brigida Atienza, 92 years of Toledo, OH, died Saturday, January 9, 2010 in her home surrounded by loving family. Born Feb. 1, 1917 in Panhulan, Philippines, she was the daughter of Mariano and Demetria (Morales) Capuno. She was the widow of Pedro Atienza.
Surviving are her loving children, Fabianita (Richard) James, Rosauro (Carmencita) Atienza, Ermelinda (Rey) Apolinar, Beatriz Martinez, Maritz Atienza, Eleanor (Mel) San Diego and Mignon Atienza. Sister, Lourdes Brotonel. 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3-9 pm Wednesday at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Gesu Catholic Church in Toledo, OH. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. |
