Nancy L. Maloy, age 77 of Temperance, MI, died Thursday, October 28, 2010 in her home. Born September 7, 1933 in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Ruthard and Mable (Crawford) Cable. A 1951 graduate of Whitmer High School, she married Robert “Bob” Maloy on May 30, 1953 in St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Temperance, MI. Nancy was employed in food service for Bedford Public Schools for 14 years, retiring in 1993. She enjoyed going to car shows with friends and spending time with her grandchildren up north. She is survived by her loving husband, Bob. Children, Daniel (Susan) Maloy, John (Barbara) Maloy, Robert (Vicki) Maloy and Patricia (Ronald) Mazur. 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be from 3-9 pm Monday at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Lambertville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. |
